KIWI'S PILGRIMAGE

Presentation 1 THE HIGH POINT OF MY TOUR

Half way round the world taking in Hong Kong, Amsterdam, Paris, London and many other cities but the focus of Lyle's tour was Wigan, England and
The Brocket Arms in particular.
After spending a few hours inside enjoying the selection of beers the rain finally stopped. It was overcast and night was falling but it was a chance for some pictures as momentos of the visit.

"It was a pilgrimage" said Lyle.
"This is definitely the high point of my tour. It was just a pity my schedule did not allow me time to do any races"

Left to right. Jack (social member), Rebecca (Lyle's daughter), Lyle, Ian, John (sometime social member), Robin, Bill (social member).

Presentation 2 Presenting Lyle with his new shirt Ian, secretary of B.S.V. S.C., commented
"After travelling so far to see us it was the least we could do."

The group is joined by Lyle's wife Jenny as Bill goes to do some more socialising.

Ann then joins in and this photo had to be included otherewise she might not have allowed the others to be used.

If for some strange reason you would like to copy these photographs they belong to Ann so it would be best to ask her first.
